Consortium Office.
Because of the size of the Consortium partnership and the range of work that it undertakes, a small group of staff are employed by the Consortium to co-ordinate and develop the Consortium's work. The Consortium Office is accommodated by Glasgow City Council within its social work training centre at Brook Street in Bridgeton, Glasgow. The staff group consists of:

Consortium Policy Committee.
The Consortium office staff are accountable to the Consortium's Policy Committee. The Policy Committee governs the Consortium on behalf of the partner organisations. It consists of a representative of each of the partners.
The current Chair is Jenny Thompson, who is the acting Director of Social Work, Housing and Health in South Ayrshire Council.
